What are your store hours?
Both locations are Mon-Thurs: 10:30am-7:30pm, Fri-Sat: 10am-8pm, and Sun: 12pm-5pm

What do you carry?
We carry ALL video games, systems, and accessories from the latest releases all the way back to the classics, as well as lots of other related merch such as action figures, keychains, and wall scrolls.
Is this Game Trader? Do you trade games?
You'd be surprised how how we get asked this. YES, WE TRADE GAMES!
How do I trade in my games?
Anything you want to trade in, just load it up and bring it in to one of our stores during business hours and we can make you an offer on it.
What items do you take in on trade?
Practically any video game released and loads of other things like systems, accessories, books, figures, etc. However, we don't take most steering wheels and drum sets)
What if I don't use all of my Store Credit at once?
We can put it on a credit slip for you to bring back and use at a later date.

Why can't you give me a trade-in value over the phone?
Aside from not being able to get anything done all day from answering an endless barrage of phone calls, we generally need to see the actual items in the store to make a fair assessment of value based on the actual condition and what we currently have in stock at the moment.
Do you give cash for games?
Yes, we will buy your games straight out for cash. While we do usually offer more in trade credit, we can also make you a cash offer provided you are 18+ and have a valid state ID.
Can I cash out my credit slip?
Unfortunately, no. We give the option for Store Credit or Cash at the time of purchasing your stuff, but once you leave with a credit slip we can't convert it into cash or vice versa.
Do you guarantee what you sell?
New items are covered under their respective manufactures warranties, while all preowned items have a 30 day guarantee. If any preowned item doesn't work properly, just bring it back within 30 days and we will fix or replace it for you.
What's your return policy?
Brand new items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase IF they are still factory sealed. Once brand new titles have been opened, we can only offer a trade in amount. Sorry, we do not offer any refunds.
Do you ship games?
No, we do not. We pride ourselves on being THE local game store. We prefer to keep our games in house for our local customers so that they might return back to our inventory when they're done with them.
What types of payment do you accept?
Cash and Credit (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) . . . and don't forget about those trade-ins! That's the best way to pay!
Can I purchase a Gift Certificate?
Yes, we can sell you a gift certificate for any amount that works at both of our stores.
Is it true that you take competitor gift cards?
It is true. We will take Gift Cards from GameStop, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, and even Amazon! Better yet, if you have multiples you can even add them up together for one big purchase here.
Do you offer any repair services?
While we don't do any system repair, we do offer disc resurfacing and battery replacements for older cartridges.
Can I pre-order new games there?
You sure can and better yet, if you pre-order any upcoming game with us ($5 down or trade-in) at least a few weeks ahead of time, we can even save you an additional $5 off the MSRP!
Do you match prices?
On a case by case basis. On most newer items, we're usually the same if not a little bit cheaper than the big name stores. On the older out of print items, while we generally try to be competitive with the current going rates, there will be deals out there that we're not able to match because we typically know what the items are worth and usually pay more than our competitors to acquire it. This is why we have such a large selection compared to other stores in the area.
Are you better than GameStop?
Short answer, yes.
Besides the fact we are a locally owned business, there are plenty of reasons for a gamer to choose us as their store. We carry it all. We give better trades. But better yet, we aren't some faceless corporation pushing items down your throat just to meet a presell quota. There's no hidden up-sell. Just buy what you want. Don't know what you're looking for? Well since our staff doesn't rotate out every couple of months, we actually get a chance to personally know our customers and what they like. For gamers, by gamers.
